This allows legal services to be provided at a competitive and transparent hourly rate while maintaining a strong focus on specialist legal and regulatory work. The standard hourly rate is €200.

Clients deal directly with JM Donnelly, without the layers of fee-earners and associated overheads that may arise in larger practices. Where the scope of work can be clearly defined, fixed-fee or staged-fee arrangements may also be available.​

The basis of fees will be discussed and agreed with the client at the outset, with the scope of work and any assumptions or matters falling outside the agreed scope clearly identified.
